On our way back from the Virginia house to Maryland there are so many historical sites to see. We take if for granted all the time and just pass by a lot of these places. For once we took our time and enjoyed reading up on some history. It was a lot of fun.

Stratford Hall - Constructed in 1738, Stratford was the boyhood home of Declaration of Independence signers Richard Henry and Francis Lightfoot Lee, and it was the birth place of Robert E. Lee.
