The best way I can describe Nathan and Brayden's first time ice skating is that they were like two newborn giraffes trying to walk for the first time. I attempted to take them both out on the ice by myself and quickly realized that was not going to work. So I took turns taking the boys out. Nathan was first. I think I used every muscle in my body to get him to stand up straight. By lap 3 he was getting the hang of it and by the time we left he was able to skate (shuffle) all by himself. Brayden reallized fast that it wasn't going to be easy so he just put his feet together and leaned back in my arms as I pushed him along. It was a great time. They did awesome!
